Order & Pay

Yes, containers can be hired for short or long-term use, depending on specific needs and requirements. The rental costs vary depending on the size, condition, and type of container, as well as the rental period and delivery requirements. Check out our webshop for current prices.

We offer different payment methods for purchasing a container. Payment can often be made with credit card, bank transfer or cash.

You can rent a container for one day to an indefinite period, but in all cases the minimum rental period is 30 days.

Permits

Yes, there may be restrictions on where you can place your container, depending on local laws and regulations. It is important to check this before buying and placing a container.

If you want to place the container on council land, in most cases you have to ask permission from your council. Sometimes an e-mail or phone call is enough. In other cases, you must apply for a permit or exemption.

If you want to place the container on your own site, in most cases you do not have to apply for a permit.

Delivery & Pick up

To ensure that your shipping container is on a level surface, there are several things you can do:
1.    Prepare the ground: Before placing the container, make sure the ground is level, firm, and free of debris. Use a shovel, rake, and/or a compactor to create a level surface for the container to rest on.

2.    Use concrete blocks: Concrete blocks can be used to support the corners of the container and provide a level surface. Place the blocks under each corner and adjust the height as necessary to ensure the container is level.

3.    Use leveling jacks: Leveling jacks can be placed under the corners of the container to adjust its height and level it. This is particularly useful for containers that will be in place for an extended period of time.

4.    Use a crane: If you have access to a crane, you can use it to lift and position the container onto a level surface.

It is important to ensure that the container is level to prevent damage to the structure and to ensure that doors and windows operate smoothly. Additionally, a level container is necessary if you plan to stack or couple multiple containers together.

The delivery time of containers varies depending on the location, availability of the container and the chosen delivery method.

You must always level the container so that the doors can open and close properly.
Tip: Make the surface on which the container is placed even and use tiles or (hard) wood under the corners of the container.

We deliver worldwide. If a location is less accessible, we ask you to inform us in advance so that the situation can be presented on the spot at our transport department. This department can then assess whether and how delivery is possible.

Yes, it definitely is. All containers are wind and water resistant, and usually in new condition.

To protect your property against possible condensation due to temperature differences, you can use moving blankets.

There are various container sizes available for purchase including 10-foot, 20-foot and 40-foot containers.

Yes, it is possible to get a shipping container in the color you want. Standard colors are blue, green, beige, and gray, but custom colors are possible to match your specific requirements. You can choose to have the container painted in a specific color.

Shipping containers can be coupled using a twist-lock coupling mechanism. A twist-lock is a metal device that is attached to the corners of the containers and locks in place when it is twisted.

To couple containers together, they must first be placed on a suitable surface. Then, the twist-lock is attached to the corner of one container, and the other container is positioned opposite it so that the twist-locks of both containers are facing each other. The containers are then pushed towards each other, so that the twist-locks can be twisted and locked together.
