We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Container Co LLC cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
4. Refunds for Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
